Last week our family of 6 had the pleasure of going canyoning with Sol and we unanimously voted out the highlight of our stay! Our youngest was 10 and the oldest was nearly 60. Sol was very patient, attentive and made everyone feel comfortable doing an activity that can be challenging but so much fun. We will be returning next year for an extreme canyoning session for sure!

I genuinely thought this was going to be a simple walk in the park, Ooooh how I was wrong! I have to say this was singlehandedly the best experience I’ve had in years! Sol handled us so well, kept us safe and had a great laugh with us as we worked our way through the rivers, rocks and waterfalls, I’d have loved to do a full day but this absolutely knackered us! I really do hope you get some serious advertising out there because this is an experience that people shouldn’t pass up on!

Well what can I say…..we had a FANTASTIC time and cannot wait to head out again with Sol! Having spoken to the team at Adventure Activities Wales they advised us on the best and most exciting trip for our group. None of us had been canyoning before but a couple of us have been climbing. Sol not only encouraged the less confident members of our team down the canyon but kept our adventurous members excited too. The kit provided was clean, dry and easy to use under a few simple instructions from Sol. Throughout the whole trip we were taught about canyoning and shown what to look out for to be safe. Overall we loved every moment of the trip and felt very safe the whole time. We will be back!

Sol was excellent at explaining everything and made us feel super safe! I’m not usually one for pushing myself out my comfort zone but I really enjoyed it and would definitely do it again!! Excellent day out couldn’t recommend anymore!

This was my second trip with Sol- the first was in April when we went gorge scrambling, and the second was extreme canyoning last Saturday. I didn't think the second trip could be better than the first, but it far exceeded my expectations. A fantastic, exhilarating way to spend four hours with my husband and two adult sons. Sol made me feel completely safe, and he reassured us at the start that there was always the option to follow an easier route if need be. This, along with the excellent equipment that he provided relieved any anxiety I may have initially had. Thanks again Sol- we shall be back.
